What Shipping Methods Are Available?
In general, the delivery time of your shipment can be determined using the following formula:
Estimated delivery time = Product availability + Estimated shipping time of chosen Shipping Method.
Standard Delivery - 2-3 Working Days
The Dispatching Date is the day your order will leave us. This is not included in the estimated delivery time. When the parcel is dispatched you will receive an email from us to confirm that your parcel has left us.
How do I place an Order?
If you are new to our website, you will need to register as a customer to buy from us. You will need to have the following details:
When you provide these details they will be stored for future shopping in the My Account section. You will also be able to enjoy the following benefits including order tracking, ability to start refunds online and keep track of customer service queries at any time online.
If you have already registered with us, you will need to enter your login details and password during checkout or go to the login page.
After you have registered or logged in, you will need to tell us how you would like to pay for your order. For more information about our secure online payment system
To ensure your order and invoice arrives safely, you will need to enter your delivery and billing address.
After choosing your delivery information, you will then be able to review your order, payment and shopping basket details on the Pay and Confirm page during checkout.
Please ensure you check all of the details thoroughly as you will be unable to edit or cancel an order after it has been placed. If you have accidentally ordered the wrong item, for more information, visit our Returns page.
When you are ready to confirm your order, click on the "Pay and confirm order" button.
When you have completed the payment of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation email advising you of the expected delivery date of your items.
If you would like to track your order, start a refund online or keep track of your any customer service queries, you can access this information in My Account.

We guarantee that credit card transactions processed through our site are secure.
All payments are transmitted automatically by Shopify Payments, AMazon Pay, Google Pay or Paypal.
In the very unlikely event that a transaction on our site results in an unauthorised use of your credit card you should follow the reporting procedures recommended by your credit card company and contact us immediately on 0203 143 0143.
Most credit card companies cover all charges that result from unauthorized use of your credit card. Some limit your liability to £50.00. If your credit card company holds you liable for unauthorized charges for credit card purchases made on our secure server, we will reimburse you for the liability you incur from the credit card company, up to a maximum amount of £50.00.
